Charlie Bear here. Did you know my Mom Peep is originally from Wisconsin? That’s home of brats, cheese-heads, dairy cows, and…wait for it …

The Green Bay Packers

Just about everyone in Wisconsin is a Packer-Backer. As soon as you get off an airplane at Mitchell Field you see green and gold jackets (even in the summertime!).

Alice Warren, our good friend and blog buddy, sent these pictures to us and we just had to share. It’s a great day to honor our military, right?

Lambeau Field

This was a while ago, but those who attended the game said it was extremely emotional to see the entire bowl of the stadium turn red, white and blue. It took 90 workers two weeks to get all of the colored cardboards mounted under each seat. Each piece of cardboard had eye slits in them so the fans could hold up the colored sheet and still see through the eye slits. Every seat had to have the proper card, with no mistakes, to make this happen.

Thank you Veterans

Pretty cool, huh?

Wiggles and woofs to you all, and a special salute to all of our military.
