Charlie Bear here with some news. Remember years ago…okay, some of you will have to research it because you weren’t born yet…but there was a day when you didn’t know the gender of your new baby until the baby was born.
Not anymore. Now, they can tell you like halfway through the pregnancy if you are having a boy or girl. So you all know our beloved Nick and Kaitlyn are pregnant again after Baby Hailey went to heaven in January. Kaitlyn has been sweetly calling the bump “Baby Under Construction.”
But last week there was a big reveal party at their house and out of a box came colored balloons — either pink or blue for whether the BUC was a girl or boy.
Guess what came floating out?
PINK ONES!
Kaitlyn had a feeling Baby Hailey in heaven orchestrated this, and that Hailey already knew the baby was a sister, so Kaitlyn sent the pink balloons to heaven to help Hailey celebrate.
So do you think they have a name picked out? You bet they do: A U B R E E Mom Peep and I think it’s so pretty. Baby Aubree is due to arrive the middle of December. Every BUC is a gift from God and we can’t wait to welcome Aubree just in time for a thankful Christmas celebration.
Won’t you join me in celebrating all babies under construction? We’d love to hear about yours, too.

BJ, so very happy to hear that Nick and Kaitlin are pregnant again. God bless them, every one!

Carol,
Yes, God did bless them incredibly and we are all so very happy. I think I’ll choose another one of my toys for new Baby Aubree. Maybe the stuffed doggie with the antlers with the bright red santa hat on it ’cause she’ll be coming around Christmas time!
Woofs and wiggles to you,
Charlie Bear
Oh, hooray! and what a beautiful name! Baby Aubree. Oh, BJ, what a celebration you’ll have in Wisconsin–and joy. Nothing, no one, can replace Baby Hailey but to have a sister on earth…well, nothing could be sweeter. Thank you, Charlie Bear, for sharing this wonderful news.
Jean,
Sweet indeed! Someday I hope they bring me to the new Baby Aubree so I lick and kiss her and tell her how much she is loved. But I think she’ll already know that!
Wiggles and woofs,
Charlie Bear
Oh Charlie Bear!
What great news! Kenzie, Piper, Mikka,, Abby and I are sending all kinds of woofs, wiggles, meows and purrs your way! Oh yeah, and our Mom is really happy for all of you, too! She will be keeping your family in her prayers. What a wonderful Christmas present!
Your pal, Jake
Jake,
Thanks Kenzie, Piper, Mikka, Abby and you, for the woofs and wiggles and meows and purrs! And your Mom too ’cause my Mom Peep loves them all, and me too!
Wiggles and woofs,
Charlie Bear
OOOHHH, Charlie Bear i’m so happy that lil. Haley is having a lil sister, even though she can’t be there to welcome her; broadcast by pink balloons, that is so exciting. Beaugie has 3 new nephews, 1 set of twin boys and 1 new niece, and would you believe the niece is only the 2nd. girl out of 6 boys in that family? Think he’s trying to set up an Army ahead of time. Well, CB, hold BJ down now and don’t let her get tooo excited, but will be hard to do til December, but “You Can Do It”
Woofing to you,
Beaugie..
Beaugie,
A set of twin boys and a niece? How cool is that. Lots of little fingers and toes to lick. You are right. I’m trying to hold Mom Peep down from being so excited. Tough job, but I’m working on it!
Wiggles and Woofs to you,
Charlie Bear
