TAYLOR’S TIPS for a more productive you…(from B.J. and not Charlie Bear woof)

Dear Friend,

I think about you guys ALL THE TIME and try to get my posts out in a timely manner each and every month. But something happened this time around.

sad face with watch

I’m late. Does that ever happen to you? You have deadlines, and commitments, and to-do lists every day but you still can’t get it all done? That’s me this month.

Seems like I’m running, running, running all the time, like this rabbit with the stopwatch, but there aren’t enough hours in the day.

rabbit with clockSo this month will you grant me grace? Maybe you could consider it an early birthday present (mine is on the 20th and my husband does say that I love to celebrate all month…lol). All kidding aside, I often have to give myself a reminder that God loves me even if I don’t always meet my self-imposed deadlines, even if I sometimes have a to-do list that’s too long and too many items flow from one day to the next to the next, and even if I fall short of my own expectations. He just wants me to do my best. And one of the things that I LOVE to do is help others. So if you glean any little thing that helps you from these Taylor’s Tips of mine, I am completely blessed. (And I promise to have a better Taylor’s Tips for you next time.)

Hugs and love, and blessings on your work.

Follow your dreams…
B.J.

A recent review from: Charlie Bear: What a Headstrong Rescue Dog Taught Me About Life, Love, and Second Chances

“I just read Charlie Bear and it was so great! I’ve had it for a while and I do believe God had a hand in me reading it now. I lost one of my dogs on July 24 and reading your book about your losses really helped me. And, Chewey was brought to me by a friend who had found him about a month after I had lost a dog and he was with me 14 1/2 years. So I can sure attest like you did in your book that you can love another again. You don’t replace anybody, but you find it in your heart to love another one. Thanks for your book – I loved it and it will be passed on! God bless.”

The CHARLIE BEAR book is now available in H A R D C O V E R…can you believe it? Charlie Bear thinks it’s gorgeous (I have to agree). You can find it here on Amazon: http://amzn.to/11uOka6

B.J. You’re talking right up my ally when it comes to “Being Late”. but you might do as I tell myself at times, take a break, go see someone you have not seen for awhile and when you do that ‘Take a Nap’; it will all be there waiting for you when you get back to it. Have a most fabulous Birthday and hug Charlie Bear for me and Beaugie.

      Beaugie and Alice,
Sometimes it is just so hard to keep up, huh? You are so right: take a break, go see someone, or take a nap! GREAT ideas.
Hugs to you and thanks for sharing!

    B. J.: Am I ever late??? You’ve got to be kidding! Yes in letters 10 feet tall. Every morning for my ride to work…Just don’t want to get up and need more sleep. I hope you aren’t late very often to feed my favorite ‘online dog”! Give him a few hugs from me.

      Susan,
Letters 10 feet tall! Woweee….I do understand. Charlie Bear missed his morning meal one time for about an hour until I remembered that I left his bowl on the counter! That was a senior moment I think, but Charlie Bear was none the worse for wear.
      Hugs to you,
      B.J.

B.J. your post was very timely. From this end, you take all the time you need. Grace, grace, showers of grace. You made me realize that we need to trust the Lord in all things, even our blog posts. Take a break! I know I’ll be here when you return. Happy Birthday! Marisa
