Cleaning house.
Charlie Bear here. Doesn’t that happen in the spring? What’s she up to? This can’t be good.
She’s tossing things in the trash, placing items in a box for donation, picking through momentos and holding them fondly.
Decluttering is a fabulous idea. Less stuff around to fog up the mind, less stuff to worry about, less to dust and trip over.
I’m all for it, as long as she doesn’t get rid of me! P.S. Me and my fish are staying away from boxes.
So have you done any cleaning house lately?
Woofs and wiggles,
Charlie Bear
Mom Peep is…
I am seriously overdue. Thanks for the reminder!
Marisa,
Mom Peeps says you are welcome!
Woofs to you,
Charlie Bear
Beaugie here;
My peep mom did that with some help from a few relatives about a month ago; me, I took some of my favorite things and hid until all the commotion was over. CB, she’s not fixing to move is she? My peeps is not, yeaah for that. What’s up for you with all the ghosts and goblin’s? Trick or treating? With me it’s probably snoozing & sleeping.
After then, it’s Gobble time. Oh ME!!
Woofs to you, CB.
Beaugie.
Beaugie,
Ahhh, getting help for a thorough going-through would be ideal. She’s just tackling little areas one at a time…like the overflowing bookcase in her office, and the walk-in closet.
Oh, me, oh, my, I don’t care for scary goblins. I’m hiding!
Wiggles and woofs,
Charlie Bear
Buried in it–especially the closets. Stay away from them, Charlie Bear! Good job, BJ. Hugs.
Jean,
Don’t fall into one of your boxes, you may never come out!
Wiggles and love,
Charlie Bear
Charlie Bear, I had the best day a few weeks ago cleaning my office. Maybe I’m smarter now. 🙂 I like to think so. 🙂 I love to organize/clean/give away, but my husband gets a little nervous when I do….
Julie,
You’re always smart! Yup, watch out — hubbies (and dogs) fear the clearing out times!
Wiggles and woofs,
Charlie Bear
Skip and Bailey here. Yep, our mom peep has been going through some drawers and the china closet of her parents, who are with Jesus now. She gave three boxes of real pretty dishes and things to a friend in church who sells the stuff on eBay and at an antique shop. Mom says, “My mother never used the stuff, and I’m not going to either. Let’s get it into the hands of someone who can use it.”
And I think we’re both safe because we haven’t seen her give away anything that’s real hairy or with four legs. Whew!

Skip and Bailey,
What a great philosphy…to give it to someone who can use it. Perfect!
I’m still going to stay away from cardboard things with flaps.
Woofs and Wiggles,
Charlie Bear
