…this tiny, yellow banana. Now, it’s just the right size for me, and I love to snatch it on the run and carry it around, but — really, that’s it?
When I looked at Mom with pleading eyes, she pulled something else out of her bag.
Slightly bigger than the banana, it sure is loud in color.
So, I’m happy. A banana and a fish.
What more could a dog ask for after his folks visit the Fair?

Mom Went to the Fair and All I Got Was…
Charlie Bear; be thankful she brought you something for if you were here at my house you would not get anything for my ‘Peep Mom’ does not go to fairs. As Susan said you do not look too happy about the Banana or Fish, cheer up maybe she will gget what you want next trip to the grocery store.
Wi9ggles to all of you.
Beaugie~~~.
Beaugie,
Do you like having your picture taken? There’s something about the camera that makes me shy, or sullen, or…I don’t know what, but it usually equates to a mean look on my furry face. I’l have to work on that!
And Mom Peep can work on bringing me home something edible from the Fair!
Wiggles & Woofs to you,
Charlie Bear
Do you mind if I quote a couple of your posts as long as I provide credit and sources back to your blog? My blog site is in the exact same area of interest as yours and my visitors would truly benefit from some of the information you provide here. Please let me know if this alright with you. Regards!
Amedar,
Sure!
Charlie Bear
Charlie Bear, I’m curious: what would a dog want from the fair? I would think dogs would be bored or get into trouble at a fair! I can just see you pleading though. (You don’t seem all that interested in that fish…)
Susan
Susan,
What would I want from the Fair? A bacon wrapped hot dog would be good. Or a bratwurst loaded with cheese maybe? Ahhh, but food doesn’t travel home well in a purse!
Wiggles and woofs to you!
Charlie Bear
I’m glad she brought it to you, Charlie Bear, because the banana belonged to Clyde, it wouldn’t last five minutes!
Julie,
She only got it for me because she was playing a game of pop the balloon with a dart. She got two out of three and they let her have her choice, so she picked the little banana. Actually, Dad told her to take the banana. : o )
I know about big dogs like Clyde. Rex would have eaten it up by now!
