I don’t know but they surely do a good job; my mom surely wishes i could talk like that then i could tell her when i need to go outside better, then i would not pee or poop inside as much; except when i get angry with her of course, woof woof to all.

      Hi Beaugie,
Charlie Bear here. I think that dog in the video is pretty cool. Too bad he didn’t get the steak though, or the cat treats, or the cheese. Man, what a bummer.
      Woofs to you,
      Charlie Bear

I LOVE this! So funny and cute and not a computer-generated fix. Our Cocker Spaniel used to “talk.” He’d tell us the name of our town when we lived in Colorado “Aurora” on command. And others I can’t remember now–it’s been over 40 years! Thanks for posting, BJ.

Jean, I’ve watched it a gazillion times! I love his ears (one up, one down), his eyes (they flicker back and forth) and his mouth (when he talks-or appears to talk, he’s hilarious). Incredibly funny how they put the words to the scene. Gotta love the creativity! Sounds like you had a doozy of a Cocker Spaniel.
      Love,
      B.J.
